Vanessa Rivera Diaz is the Managing Partner of Multifamily Legacy Partners and has invested in real estate for over ten years. Vanessa has a bachelor’s in Marketing and Masters in Business from Florida International University. Vanessa worked with a real estate attorney for many years in FL before starting her own company in 2015 that focused on acquisitions of real estate investments. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Vanessa has expertise in many facets of real estate investing, including operations, raising capital, investor relations, and marketing. She has a multi-million dollar investment portfolio in different cities throughout the country. Since then, she has built a real estate syndicate with her husband that makes intricate real estate investments easy and accessible to investors all over the United States. The company’s goal is to acquire assets with risk-adjusted returns while maximizing long-term capital appreciation. Vanessa and her husband, Alex, reside in Miami, FL, with their beautiful one-year-old daughter. As a mother with intentions to keep growing her family, she wants to build a strong foundation in this company to build a legacy for her family. Her passion is building strong relationships with our investment partners and developing mutually beneficial business relationships.
The benefits of real estate were realized at a young age for Alex as he watched his father work as a licensed plumbing contractor and used the money he saved to acquire single-family homes throughout South Florida. His biggest takeaway was the quality of life those assets provided our family growing up. Alex took that vision, obtained a degree in Business Management from Florida International University, and has used that knowledge to start and maintain successful businesses. He followed in his father’s footsteps, scaled up his family plumbing business, and created two home service businesses in the Leak Detection and Water restoration industry. His background in Construction, Business management, and watching his father in Single-family flips gave him a considerable edge in real estate. Currently, he invests the majority of his earnings into his real-estate company. When he started in real estate, his focus was on single-family flips but has now evolved into a multi-family asset portfolio spanning into multiple cities. Over the past 20 years, Alex has become a proficient businessman who has been critical in mitigating risks, developing and managing teams, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns. Alex lives in Miami, FL. He is married and has a one-year-old little girl, which has driven him to create a legacy of his own.
